6. Your contentYou own your messages and uploads. You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service (e.g., deliver responses, maintain history, provide support). You are responsible for what you submit.
7. Intellectual propertyThe Service and all related IP belong to us and our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app.
8. TerminationYou may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Account deletion removes stored data, but subscription cancellations must be done in the App Store/Google Play.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liabilityThe Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our providers disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.
