For existing patient who already signed up the account on Patient Portal, please sign in to the Patient Portal to make an appointment, read or send secure messages, review invoices, pay bills, etc.
If you have not signed up on the Patient Portal, please register and then make an appointment.
To make an appointment:
1. Pick a Service, Initial Diagnosis for new patient and follow up for existing patient.
2. Pick a date
3. Select a time
4. Log in to your patient portal account (or create an account if you are a new patient)
5. Confirm your appointment
